The sight words we will cover this week are: and to.

 This week we will read Dig, Dig, Digging. Our question of the week will be How do machines help people work? Our amazing words will be: scooping, swooshing, squelching, gobbling, spinning, and rumbling.

We will finish Topic 3: Six to TenThere will be a practice test on Thursday, September 20 and a unit test on Friday, September 21. Please study the practice test and all worksheets sent home each day to help prepare your child for the unit test. 

Saxon Phonics and SSRW

We will learn about the letter P this week. We will learn the sound it makes, how to recognize the sound in words, and how to write the capital and lowercase letter. The key word we will be using is pig.
